The NVC-A2000 automatic core cutter is an innovative machine on a global scale. Thanks to patented solutions it allows to automate the process of cutting different types of cores at the same time.
The applied multi-level feeder significantly shortens the changeover time in case of changing the type of cut cores. Thanks to the analysis of orders entered and their simultaneous execution, the amount of waste generated is reduced. Cut cores are sorted according to a predefined programme. The modular sorting system can be freely extended to suit individual customer requirements.
The design and manufacture of the machine is guided by the idea of implementing the Industry 4.0 standard. The entire process can be initiated and controlled remotely using a tablet or smartphone. This has improved the ergonomics and working conditions for operators. The components used from world renowned manufacturers such as BOSCH REXROTH, SIEMENS, METAL WORK and DIENES guarantee highly efficient and reliable operation of the machine.
